01Definitions & Scope of Terms

03Registration & Account Management

Each GD9Club member is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at any one time. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms. GD9Club reserves the right to merge, close, or permanently remove any duplicate accounts found.

Upon registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

04Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions at GD9Club are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). GD9Club does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. The payment methods accepted at GD9Club are as follows:

Withdrawals will be processed within 24 working hours once the request has been verified. GD9Club reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing a first-time withdrawal or any amount exceeding certain limits. Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.

05Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to defraud the system, manipulate games, or gain an unfair advantage through technical or other means.
• Money Laundering: Using the GD9Club platform as a channel to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal sources.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one GD9Club account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your account, or using another person's account to place bets or conduct transactions.
• Use of Bots: Using automated software, scripts, bots, or any tools that simulate human actions on the platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses fraudulently, sharing bonuses with other accounts, or using unauthorised methods to fulfil wagering requirements.
• Technical Disruptions: Exploiting any bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities within GD9Club for personal gain.

08Account Closure & Suspension

GD9Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account at any time with or without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or in any communication with GD9Club.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Activities suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or violations of the law.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the GD9Club support team. Once the request is received, any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal after all required checks are completed. This process typically takes between 3 to 7 business days.

12Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

• Mediation: If internal resolution is unsuccessful, both parties agree to seek a settlement through good-faith negotiation over a period of 30 days.
• Arbitration: Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable procedures.
